The one thing that is working for me is putting my efforts into activities that will produce leads and interest. I have been participating in online groups and I have seen an increase in my mailing list.

What doesn't work? Not networking or seeing the importance of networking. No one can do it alone, I don't care if you have the best product or service out there.
